How many links per page question. As in duplicate content??

    Hi.

So I have a page titled "how to arc weld".

Then at the bottom I have a few links about how to learn how to arc weld.

So the deal is that you get to the "how to arc weld" page. And then click through the links at the bottom which are:

    welding safety
    welding preparation
    welding earth connection
    striking an arc
    etc.
    etc.

As it is now you would click on say "welding safety" and read that then at the bottom of that page would be the link for the next step which is "welding preparation". This repeats on and on, with only one link to the next page.

But for both SEO purposes and user ease should I have the full list of links at the bottom of each page?

So if there is say 10 steps for how to arc weld, should I just copy that block of code to the bottom of all of those pages???

and the second question is, with all those same links and anchor text on each of the 10 pages, will that mess with google SEO duplicate content etc?

do not use more than 6 same repeated keywords on the same page unless there is too many texts in your page. And it is good practice to have same keyword in different style phrase.

I'd also like to rank for "welding". This is a very competitive term.

I can count about 13 times the word "welding" in my nav bar on the left of the page.

Then about 10 times more in the body text and h1 and h2 tags.

So that's 13+10= the word "welding" appears at least 23 times on my page.

I'm only a noob, but I'm thinking that 23 times on my home page is too much. But how else can I do it? It's a word that needs to be used.
