I started a new blog site 3 months ago, and have been building links since. So far I have got: 3 showing for link: 2,500 in webmaster tools 1,100 in yahoo site explorer iwebtool predicts PR5 on the next update. Site is receiving around 100 UV's per day. Am I building too quickly? Most of the links are not purchased Should I keep on at this rate? thanks in advance
You appear to be doing just nicely. Wouldn't change anything your doing. Would just mention don't take iwebtools prediction too seriously... Have had pr 5 predictions from it before and got pr 0.
That normal btw how old is this site as u have those many backlink so you must been working hard marketing your site.
HI Don't worry about how many backlinks you get just work on getting as many as you can... with out doing anything to ring the bells at google or other search engines.. Thanks Tom Dahne
Wow. That is a lot of links. Are you doing this full time or part time? Do you have someone helping you build these links? Yes. Keep doing whatever you are doing, because if you can get that many links and not pay for them in 3 months, then you are doing a good job.
it's a normal rate., don't worry too much. You are doing just right!, furthermore, it's all natural links according to you.
Quality backlinks, relevant to your business is the most important thing. If you are getting links from all kind of sources, you must be carefull and revise your tactics.
Cheers for the feedback. I would say, maybe 3 paid links (some on multiple pages of the same site - so dont count multiple), the rest is organic. I'll keep going then
