As per the title. If I have 15 blogs on 1 IP all pointing to a site, is that seen by search engines as a link farm? How many links from the same IP is safe to not be considered a link farm anyone know?
If you do not overplay with links - it is ok. But I would really move them to a different IP - there are planty of free hosting providers...
if you have 15 links from one IP and you have 150 links from different IPs it will look normal. But if you only 15 links from one ip this will be result negative.
I have 13 (auto)blogs on the same IP and I point them at new websites I want indexed quickly. They do register as backlinks, and everything works out okay, not really penalized for anything. I don't point them at my established sites, since there is no point anyway. Link quality is junk. Is that what you're asking? "How many links from the same IP is safe to not be considered a link farm anyone know?" You're asking people to randomly guess for you.. just keep it to a minimum.
Yup pretty much. If the blogs have some PR or have been around a while then the links from them won't be junk. I guess I'm trying to decide if I should buy into a blog farm for links. ok...it's a gamble in the end I guess.
