How many link exchanges should i do per week, in order to be efficient

many people talk about adding too many too quickly, and you will just waste time as it wont do you any good

so how many good link exchanges should i do per week, in order to be efficient, and not over do it

doing link exchange will make your Outbound links more and you will never be able to go beyond PR 4 using link exchange

 

What a load of rubbish. One link exchange with a PR7 or higher site will get you above a 4!

reciprocal links are worth less than one way links.... click for some tips on some good one-way links.

 

It's not about the quality, but it's a matter of quality. the higher the PR the better your site will be in the eye of search engine.

 

Tell me that site , who is ready to exchange HIS PR 7 with other Low PR links

I do not know of any, but if there was, it would give you a PR greater than 4 ... you are just plain and simply wrong with your claim above that you can not get above PR4 with link exchanges. It is possible and you should stop making such silly claims.

 

That's true. I never get a reciprocal link request from a site with equal or higher PR then mine. I wonder why?

 

I believe you will succeed faster if you buy links.

 

Buying links is an option, but after you did some directory submission, Social bookmarking, blog posting, forum signatures, forums member pages registration. After that you can also buy some links But first you should try to get free links, after that you should try to buy some links.
