How many link can I buy per month without veing worry about site ban

Das it depend on quality of links as well. So how many?

first of all get the google tools (sitemap)
Shows how many links G knows about - not what they do with it

Personally I increase links by between 10-20% per month - thats the ones I can influence.

It depends on what is already there - If you have a site that is already well linked and aged (+2 years) you should be safe with even more.

It is always in relation. A site with 2 links suddenly getting 500 looks suspicious - except if you can ride on a "hot" toppic.

If one has 1000 links 100-200 more/month is just natural.
It might pay to have a steady increase rather than sudden peaks.

If you can get 1000 links per month regularly, I am sure your site is worthy enough not to get banned.
