How many KWs can be run at once?

I have about 150 KW - and use my API for nothing but here. But I cant seem to get them all updated in a single day.

I run 517 and get them all in. You have to go to your preferences and set how deep to look. I only check the first 30 spots; if its not top 30, I don't go deeper.

Every 10 spots you check counts as 1 of your 1000 queries. So the shallower (or more shallow ??) you go, the more keywords you can check.

Yeah, assuming all your links are that deep in google.

It pulls listings 10 at a time
    If you have 150 words
and 100 of them are on the top 10 then you've used 100 queries
and have 900 left for the other 50 words.

I just go to 30, cuz if a listing is deeper than that, it may as well not exist anyways. :)

Then I run an excel sheet each day plotting the changes. %1s, %top3, %top10, %top20, %NA and check out how things are going. It's kind of a fun sport, and since I donated to shawn, it runs everyday at 430 am and has saved a ton of time.

It's actually a little more complicated than that... It's as efficient as possible, in that it looks at the last known position first, so in many cases it can locate it on the first query regardless of how far down the rankings it actually is.

What really tears through them are ones it can't find (N/A values), as that will always use multiple queries as it runs down the line (however deep you are setup to look).
