How Many Keywords?

    Hi!

    Just wondering if there is any sensible limit to how many keywords I should be using?

    At present I am using 23 but after checking two big competitors of mine I see that one has 68 and the other has 59 keywords.

    i recommend , you focus 1st on 2 main keyword and put 5 keyword in meta tags.....
    one important thing... use keyword in title.

    then later do more keywords.

    Don't populate your write-ups with too many KWs. Too many of them doesn't guarantee you success.

    Thanks for your replies guy's.

    From what you are saying I cannot understand why my 2 competitors are using so many. They are both above me on page one of Google. I take it this must be down to them having loads more links than me?
