How many keywords should I use on a page?

How many keywords should I use on a page? I want to target as many keywords as possible to attract a lot of traffic, yet still have high search engine rankings.

 

Use not less than 70 characters for your title, 160 cha. for Description, and around 300 cha. for your keywords.

I have minimum 5 keywords in my context. Well, my context was not long but the content is just nice for all the points that I want to share.

 

You want to aim at 3-4 Main targeted keywords per page to optimize for. More than that and you are going to have problems with keyword density unless you have a ton of content. and even doing so will leave you lost in the index and hard for search engine spiders to crawl and index your site under its main keywords or phrases.

Choose 4-5 keywords from the list which you think can be searched by a lot of people. That much keyword is ok.

 

I think real no. of target keyword is 8-10.

 

Many keywords in a page is a spamming way. You have to stop to that and better is approx 5 to 7 percent keywords should be in a page.

 

If you have like 8-15 pages than I would suggest you to target each page for a separate keyword. This way the keywords will rank better.

 

Use maximum 5% of your content for a single keyword.
