Keyword density of 3-5% is good but don't attach to much importance to it. It is better to write an informative article in natural language.

Keywords density should not exceed 6% and it should be natural.

Anyone knows if the words in the keyword phrase must folow eachother, so if my KW is:
marmelade pie recipe...... is the phrase: ....I love ´marmelade large pie recipies´ or ....I love ´marmelade made by my grandma pie recipies´ also counted?

Keep it natural and the keywords will work in naturally. Try to avoid keyword stuffing until your article no longer makes sense.

For a 350 word article, once in the Title, once in the opening paragraph, and once in the last paragraph is plenty. As the others have stated, writing naturally will automatically take care of the rest:))

If you are submitting to EA, you might consider making your articles 400 - 500 words. Yeah, it will cost you a little more but EA has raised their standards a little.

    Good luck!

I always use my keywords in the title, in the opening paragraph and then again, in the closing paragraph in a 400-500 word article. That works just fine.
