Select 1 main keyword from your keywords for every page on your site. Use this keyword in article's title, in the first paragraph, in the content, as a Tag, in page URL, in the image optimization.
two keywords is applicable. more than 2 is a keyword stuffing or over use of keyword which is wrong, over used of keywords is a kind of spamming.

If you offer valuable content and your article is pin-point focused on a particular topic then you will rank well with your keyword in the title, first sentence of your article and in the last sentence. Don't focus too much on keyword density just make your article read natural and not over bearing by repeating the same words. What most people don't realize is that you also get ranked for related keywords. For example, if your topic is technology and you mention phones and computers, you'll rank better than someone who has the same topic but talks about apples and oranges. It's about your keywords and related keywords!!
My understanding that a keyword density of 2-3% is about right, which pretty much echoes what everyone else has said here.
