    I guess it depends on your website and what competitive keywords you can choose from..
    As long as those you choose would be really competitive and relevant to your site

    In 400 word article you can use 6 keywords and then do work on theme.

    You have to use different keyword for every page.And you have to use different meta tags for each page.Then your website will become SEO friendly and you can get 4easily ranked in SERP.
