How many keywords do you work on at a time?

I think 3 - 5 is ok. Mostly, it will depend on the circumstances.

keyword should be relevant according to the content of the site. It may be one or many.

 

5 keyword per page should be 0k

 

yeah, me I only work up to 5 key also to be sure that may post or article will be posted and I also make sure it is the correct keyword or anchor text

 

You can start with as much keywords as you want but I personally suggest you to go with only some major keywords when you start. Its because you can work more on such keywords and once you've get your all keywords in top search results you can add some more..
