How many keywords can i add "Meta tag"?

    I already added 28 keywords for my blog meta tag, so what is the optimal number of keywords in meta tag. If i added thousand of keywords for meta tag then Google will ban me? or other problem arise?

    From what I have read, google ignores the keyword meta-tag. Anyway, I think it's good to use it, but with a maximum of 7 or 8 keywords, usualy those keywords that are in the headings content too.

    Make sure the keywords are relevant to your site. There's not really a limit but generally between 25-50 is recommended.
    Personally i wouldn't add thousands.

    Google no longer reading meta tag keywords, so that doesn't make any differences, if you have added 28 or anything but Google does have said about Title tags, so you better consecrate on them.

    Wow... that's a big list of keywords.
    Try keeping them down to 5-8 per PAGE.
    You don't need to add all the relevant keywords of your entire WEBSITE to your INDEX PAGE.

    Search engine are avoid longer meta tag it is 65 charter means 3 to 4 keywords are used .

    You Can Add Minimum 5 & Maximum 26 keywords to your meta tag, but remember Do not Repeat The keywords.
