If you are asking for different keywords then its probably 3-4 per page and also keep the keyword density in the limit of ~2-4%.

I would stick to around 3 keywords per page but with a keyword density of around 2%. Content should be quality content and informative and related to your keywords. Depending on the competitiveness of your niche I would suggest writing close to around 1000 words per page/post. 500 doesn't cut it anymore in a high competition niche

Not more than 5 keywords or not i will sound spammy. It will be more effective to focus in two keywords per page . Keywords density it you need to focus in instead of how many different keywords.

., i prefer to have only 1 high relevant keyword simply because a single web page should not be optimize for more than 1 keyword and of course one keyword consist of several words.Much better that a web page have highly 1 relevant keyword than somewhat relevant to many search term. Focusing on 1 keyword in every page is more likely become your web page a top listing keyword in any search engines. If you want to get high ranking for your other keywords just simple optimize other pages of your websites using related keywords than choosing another. You can have the best result if you optimize different pages of your websites with the use of related keywords. The more pages you optimize, the better in order for your website look relevant to the topics of your keywords.

We can target 15-20 keywords in on page while in Off page activities we should target 8-10 keywords, otherwise search engines consider that page as a Spam, so better to target 8-10 keywords in off-page activities...

You can target 2-3 keyword. Keyword quality is also important just as important is keyword insertion.

There's no "right" or "wrong" number. The search engines crawl your page and simply find words there. In a sense, every word on your page could be interpreted as a "keyword". As long as you're not spamming the page with massive repetitions of one or more words, you can just write your copy to read clearly and easily and you'll be fine.

If 2 or 3 occurrences of the word fit in comfortably, that's fine. If 5, or even 10, occurrences of the word fit into the copy without sounding "spammy", that's fine, too. Don't get caught up trying to fulfill some arbitrary formula for the "right" number of keywords per page. Just write your copy to sound good when read out loud, and all will be well.
