Yes , it is my question. I'm trying to create new site and subject is really huge. So i found at least 30-40 keywords really useful. But i read in an ebook about SEO, it was written " nearly 15 keywords" is nicest. So i want to learn, if i put many keywords , it is worse? I should make maximum 15 keywords for top result? And second question, i should change keywords for each page? Do you think it is better? Thanks guys, i love this forum, it is best one i think
You should only be targeting 1 or 2 keywords, 3 max. Yes, you can have different keywords on each page, and you should always have a different Title and Description on each page, using your keywords.
If the site is new 15keywords would be better to target for now so that you can focus on targeting the 15 keywords.
Thanks for answer. Pfff, i didn't think i should change all description too i'll try to do but it will be hard a bit thanks to you too you are right. it is new and i dont have many many pages, so it will be stupid add extra keywords. But i want to learn for future too. If i have 30-40 keywords, it is advantage or disadvantage? when i try to think logically, it seem nice because i would have more chance in searching engines.
imo, that depends on: - How many keywords do you find convenient to manage within one page - How many pages do you want to promote with backlinks For me, the first one depends on how many of these keyword phrase combinations am i able to compose with words in my url, title and page text.. Generally, i target 3-5 high-freq anchors for the home page and up to 5 low-mid-freq on L2 pages..
I'm lost with all these messages. I thought so simply logically if i put more keywords(with same subject in pages), more traffic is it wrong?
This is what i read in an article to make your site SEO. Search engines nowadays have become intelligent enough to give results not only based on the KWD but also the relevance of the content. the more clustered the key words is, it means lower the results. So i think the best way is having a KWD that is appropriate and looks as if it is 'in the flow' and doesn`t look outta place. Hope I was helpful. Regards
Each page on your website should be targeting 3 keyword maximum as more keywords to out balance the other keywords.
Yes, you were very helpful. I understood logic. I thought, keywords are enough to be top for in searching. So do you think, how many keywords is better for each page? Thanks to explain me simply but nicely thanks to answer my question. I understood very well your logic and it is really logical some keywords are long ( 3-6 words) , so it is not so important? And why some people says 3 keywords others 15? And when i look at keyword's of same subject sites, they have more than 20 keywords, but they are online several years. Maybe because of that. I think i got logic of keyword. I'll try it. Thanks a lot friends, you are really great members, i love this forum
1- 1.2 % is good. you can of course use secondary keywords which can occupy around 0.5 to 0.7%. they should be related to the primary keywords and sometime be synonymous or slightly altered from the same.
I'm sorry, im suck (very beginner ) what is that 1-1,2%? I didnt understood anything. thanks to help me. u re so kind
Thats ok the learning process starts here. Well the percentage refers to the total number of words. In layman`s terms, if the total number of logical words in your page is 100%, 1-1.2% is made up of keywords. The actual percentage may vary, but the crux is how well you distribute them so that they don`t look clustered and blend with the content well. Regards
ok, i understood and learnt new tip i think it is more logic than precise numbers of keywords. If you have more sentences, keywords numbers should be more. Opposite is same. So there is any tips for description? One friend wrote " we should change descriptions for each page", it seems logic but if you have thousands pages, how you can write all different? I feel like Alice , i fall and re fall in these subjects
Well yes, viewers do not always look and search for the same content. SO even if you have the same thing to tell, telling it in a different manner would really help. Well if you really are going to have thousand pages, it seems pretty logical that you have a lot to offer, that is where you hire writers who write the same things in different manners. Well decide your niche, and SEO is not the only thing that drives people to your page. One the initial skim is over, your pages should make people to come over and revisit the pages regularly. That keeps it going!
Yes i got message. I think my little project will be nice with (long) time, maybe it will help me create new ones but it is sure that i'll learn with you thousands tips and they are helping me to exit from amateur-beginner-stupid triangle. While i'm creating new keywords for each page, i have a doubt. there should be "title" in keywords? I mean, it is better? In my logic, it is not really useful, so i prefer not to put title (it depends on subject , of course), so i have one place more for a keyword. Thanks again and again a lot.
Well i guess your question is whether to have the 'keyword in the title'. Actually it is almost mandatory that you have the keyword in the title. This is because when tehe searches links to your page, the customer first get a look at the title and then at the content. SO here, its best you have the keyword in there so that the cust feel that they have indeed hit the right page.
