How many negatives does it take before someone gets banned? There is a user here who has 5 iTrader negative (All from different people) in the pass 11 days. Now, I know what your thinking "Maybe something happened?" No. He has been posting every day, and I've been getting read-receipts from PM's. He needs to be banned before anyone else gets screwed by him.
iTrader wont get you banned AFAIK. It will only affect your ability to conduct the business, as people might not want to do business with you. if you break any rule, that will cause the banning..
The only people that would get screwed are people that screw themselves by being too dumb to look at his iTrader, aka, da n00bies!
Scam a lot of people, then get a massive war going against you, and you might end up banned. but at da same time, every one that tries to destroy the scamer get's infractions for breaking the rules! Hince this thread doesn't say who da scamer is.
