Hey, I am running a blog dedicated to Indy Game Design, and I was wondering something:
How many blog posts is normal? So far I have 18, which I know is not many. But for the search engines, and your readers, to like you:
Is 50 a good number, or do you need Hundreds?

It doesn't work like that - you can't put a number on it because you get some very successful 10 post blogs and other 1000 post blogs that get less traffic. As a general rule of thumb you need to write as much as you can, keep your content fresh and keep the search engines crawling for more. Regular, unique content is a good approach to take.

So, about an article a day? That's what I've been doing.
    Or two?

If you can do one a day, everyday, you'll probably be doing enough. Two even better, but keep them well written and unique. Lots of people who try and pad out their blogs compromise on quality.
