From what I have been reading, I gather it is not good to have too much linking among your own sites--especially if they share an IP address. If I'm understanding that wrong please correct me. However if that is indeed true I'm trying to get some idea of how much I should separate these sites. For example, I have two trivia ezine sites (one daily and one weekly), a trivia contest site, and an online trivia site. All four are obviously related to trivia but are different sites. There are certainly traffic reasons why I want to link together but how can I do this while also gaining backlink benefits? Should I have each site on its own IP for example? I currently have two IPs in use and am trying to decide if I need more. On a related note, I'm using two different web hosts that I am happy with. If I want more IP's are web hosts generally open to that request? Thanks! Deanna
