    lol I second that :) I believe 10 is it, I remember someone posting a goodbye thread, at the time it was started, 9 infractions...he was banned shortly after.

    infractions can be set in the admin panel, I think 99 is the limit ?

    well the max would be 99 If the admin has an infraction setup to cost 99 points ;)

    A duplicate account infraction is carries a weight of ten infraction points. One duplicate account infraction and you are history.

    Yes it can, its vBulletin, some sites might require 100 points to be banned, so infractions would cost more, like 10 points an infraction.

    Generally, yes. Habitual offenders may be banner permanently.

    I guess mods can give custom infractions here. SO, probably no limit for no. of points. But what really matters is the time for which they last.
