    1º unique meta-tags - it's easy
    3º unique deep links - it's a question of $$$ and time

    2º unique content - that is the real hard part, i spend a loot of time and $$$ on this part.

    Well 1 thing is for sure, and that is that after any catagory urls are "added or removed" you need to update the sitemap.
    I have just made the 2nd sitemap for all my directories and really glad that i did as it seems that google is finding more of my urls.

    Biz-King Link Directory
    Google Today.... 5030 +80

    Sleek Directory
    Google today..... 7300 +60

    So updating your sitemap is a very large part of helping google find your sites catagories.
