how many independent sites are there where i can create a blog for free

    There are plenty of sites, collating a list would take forever - and be pointless because it would be forever changing, a bit like free webhosts.

    Quality is the big issue but you can look at myspace.com and ecademy.com and all those networking sites offer blogging.
