It always depends upon the work pressure, i mean as a full timer i get no enough time to go for a sleep for hours as i work for 9-10 hours per day and my traveling kills another 2 hours so i think most probably i spend 6-7 hours for sleeping !
I daily sleep for 6-7 hours daily and for everyone 6 hours sleep must be necessary to relax in a day.
I feel like a loser when I say this because successful ppl dont sleep so much but like 9 hours, lol. I do have 3 kids, though
To keep your body from functioning well, you need to have at least 7-8 hours of goodnight sleep. If you are deprived from sleep, you have the tendency to gain weight.
