It's about atleast 8 hrs and almost 10 hrs in week days but in weekend it's slightly increased to 12-15hrs sometimes sleep whole day if nobody does that makes me awake. Have a great sleepyyyyy day
Have insomnia lately, not more than 5.... But I wish I could sleep all day sometimes due to my chronic fatigue.
i sleep everyday 8 hours ...i think 8 hour sleep so...8 hours time sleeping your any body parts is unspoiled.
Hi I need 8 good hours a night. I go to bed about 10.30pm and read for 1 hour. I get up at 7.30am. As long as I keep to that, I feel good. I cannot ever nap in the day as it has bad effects for me. If I am ever late to bed I feel lousy next morning. Even if I sometimes cannot sleep and keep waking up in those 8 hours, I still relax and rest or quietly meditate. Those 8 hours of recharging time are vital for me. I also don't believe in taking any medications to sleep, they are destructive to the health and addictive in the long term. My best way is always to have an empty stomach at bed-time, allowing the body to shut down and detox properly instead of having to digest food. This one single factor has banished all the headaches and migraines I used to wake up with in years past. So I have dinner early, about 6pm and no snacks in the evening.
