I do sleep around 10 hours in a day. It is very needed for me as I need to work on computers for 10 hours in a day. So, the rest is very necessary for those who work on logical thinking jobs.
I usually sleep at 11:00pm and get up 8:00am the next morning. I cam sleep longer. but i have to get up tp catch the bus for work.
I try to sleep more than 6 hours a day but sometimes find it really difficult to perform as i am getting busier day by day. It is really important for man to sleep 6-8 hours a day to stay fit.
I try to get at least 7 hours but sometimes I only get 4. I like to have fun and enjoy myself so I sleep when I have to.
