How Many Hours Per Day Do You Work Your Online Business - And Doing What?

It seems to me that I work 16 hours/day every day, 7 days per week, trying to build my empire ... and it isn't a huge empire either (yet).

I spend about 10 hours/day researching, reading and finding out things. I do about 2 hours of writing per day. I spend about 4 hours/day updating my sites, growing them, tweaking them, etc. e.g. yesterday I spent 4 hours trying to populate and publish an events calendar on one of my sites that is about my local area.

My DP time counts as researching and reading.

How long do you spend on your site/s?

... and, are we mad????

(P.S. My sites are bringing in a full-time income for me, so I must be doing something right - and now I am trying to use the next 3-4 months to make any one other of my sites make the same again, so it is for a purpose)

 

I work around 6 to 8 hours per day for the online business and more ever i do yahoo answers as i offer this service!

 

I got accidentally banned from Answers a couple of years back, I wasn't even spamming - and the site is FULL of spam. I felt quite annoyed at that.

I was giving loads of actual answers, without links - and links to relevant pages/information for people ... and only slipping my answers in with links to my (proper) websites about 1 in 50, so hardly at all. I was actually caught up in the whole "helping people without profiting from it" and was enjoying it!

 

I'am work online about 4 hour but i'm can write many article .. Because i'm conten writer

 

My maximum a day is 12 hours but usually 10 hours/day. You need to have a proper rest for you to not get tired of the things you do.

 

4 hours for my sites and , 4 hours for clients work , this is the maximum my body allows.

 

Yeah right I work for like 6-8 hours only. I'm having a shoulder ache when I do not rest my body well as I work online, do household chores and take care of my family at the same time.

 

Run a adult forum work any where for 2hrs to 7hrs right now I am trying to get more people to join have not been posting much the last 2 weeks

I can't work. Recently I feel myself as a DP addicted. I spend too much time here then no time left to work.

it's too easy, why you need 4 hours per day... that's much too much !

 

I spend about 12-14 hours on a normal day running a writing business with my wife. It is enough to make us a wage so as not to work anywhere else but a lot of effort does need to be put into it. As a small business it also takes up a lot of our time but I am sure it will be worth it in the future. We have already quadroupled the number of customers we work for in the last six months and had to take on eight members of staff part time. We both love what we do though so it is completely worth it... and will be even more so in the future if it continues the way it is going. Then it will be time to hire a manager, sit back and relax (hopefully)!!!

 

I work about 30 minutes on average per day.
If I wanted I could easily work up to 4 hours a day (but I'm too lazy).

 

I do work around 45-hours/week. 9 hours a day in my office.

 

I also work 12 hours a day and guess what, more than half of the time I am on DP, helping out some people for their weird questions
