At the minute, in a day I spend around 10 minutes lol. I haven't had the time in the past two months to touch my websites, so most have either being sold or just lost rankings, traffic etc.
On good day, 4-5 hours (that includes things like creating and posting/submitting content). On a bad day 1.5 - 1 hour. The way I manage it is by blocking off 2 hour chunks of time where I focus only on site promotion. (no e-mail, web surfing, phone, etc..no distractions).
Not nearly enough, too many distractions, too much procrastination, too much aimless surfing. Any tips or resources on procrastination are welcome....
you can spend a crazy amount of time, right now im spending about 4 to 6 hours a day on 6 websites. i'm mostly doing back links and writing conten.
Three hours a day I would say. Although some things aren't directly marketing but would be increasing my online presence so it's hard to say. I spend a lot of time experimenting with different techniques. Got to find the best one to stick with I Guess.
Right now, I like to spend about 1 hour a night promoting. But on the flip side of that we are a web development company, so we spend alot of time placing bids and actually working on projects. The project alone are a good way for us to market and promote our business as well, but as far as actually marketing, forum posting, blogging and stuff of that nature about 1 hour every night.
That is the reason I have my link building activities outsourced. I concentrate more on online advertising. It takes around 2 hours in a day.
it depends on any given day to be fair, i have over 20 website at the moment. but i can say that i do a min of 5 hours per day.
