How many hours do you spend a day to sleep?

I think you guys spends a lot of time on your PCs, but sleeping is important too. So how many hours do you spend a day to sleep?
I sleep 7 hours/a day

 

I sleep around 6 hours a day, I think it's enough for my age.

 

I sleep for at least 7 hours.

 

Not sure but i think not more then 5 to 6 hours

I do sleep, just my sleep schedule is screwed up. I should be waking up right now, but I've still not gone to sleep!!!

 

If you are talking only for the day , then I never sleep.

 

5-6 hours per night, although would prefer 8 if given the choice.

 

I try to sleep 7 but sometimes i sleep 4 sometimes 10 depends how beet i am
