It is slightly different for myself where I run two companies, one as a project manager (projects may or may not be web based) and the other as web development for which I act as project manager and can do basic coding when necessary. Both are new companies (I was an employed project manager before quiting) and so both require a lot of work. 1st thing in the morning is dealing with items that came up over night from USA clients. Then most the day time is project management company and late afternoon is hand over from my partner in the web dev company and continue until late evening. Naturally things can come up that throw the system out but these things are here to test us
i dont know how many hours i spend on my sites. I would count on it. Because its my passion to do something or other online. Everyday i learn something new.
I work 24/7 if you count always thinking of new ideas and what not. If you count sitting in front of the computer then I would be in the 10-15 hour a day bracket. I could leave and go do something else, but this whole business is like a never ending video game that pays you =).
I work about 2 hours a day online and I also have a full time job. The extra cash is nice but I can't walk away from the job just yet. I try to make the 2 hours count with very specific tasks such as adding content and link building.
I'm on the computer a total of about 12 hours a day, but since the site is about one of my favorite hobbies, it goes by pretty quickly. I'm so glad I listened to all those "do a site on something you love" advices.
A few hours a day. It takes time to research for articles and developing graphs (I run a housing blog site). I've noticed that for most housing blogger, it takes 4 to 6 months to gain any solid traction. Plus, you have to write solid content at least in the financial area.
Been working 8-10hrs a day doesn't seem to be paying off yet also don't help I wasted a lot time getting somethings done. Then I lost everything when server here at home crashed grrr
I'm spending 3-4 hours a day. But on special occasions, maybe 9-10. Half of the time I spend online is me getting distracted by various things.
Usually work from 8am-1pm and then 7pm-3am so around 12 hours or so give or take depending on the day as weekends I work less usually 3-4 hours on sat and sun
I work online for about four hours approximately. But I really have to think bib for earning big money. I want to stop earning peanuts compared to the time and money that I spend on the internet.
I put in about 1-2 hrs a day. I need structure and discipline and I think I work better on my PC than my laptop( sitting in front of tv/ or other places where its easy to lose concentration.)
I work around 10 hours a day. I have a problem though, I get easily distracted and when I do, I will be doing anything else aside from work.
It totally depends on the day and what I have to get done that day. On average I would say about 5 hours a day. Michael
