    probably 1-2 hours. Building content is more important . How ever for each new page i create I go crazy submitting it to bookmarking sites.

    I probably spend at least an hour per day nearly every day of the week building links. I could spend more time, but it cuts into family time.

    I only spend about 2-3 hours max in a week. Yeah I know it says days, but some days I am lazy and don't feel like it. lol I <33 Wordpress plugins. haha

    About 5-6 hours.

    I ironed out the on-site issues some time ago, so I mainly focus on building links now. The rest of my time is adding content to the site & keeping up to date with SEO trends using forums, newsletters. . .etc.

    10 hours or so...link building encompasses a lot though which sometimes borders into direct marketing and brand building etc.
