Almost 75% of the total traffic is from major search engines (sure it is google) to my site. So it is google all the way
my 1 year old PHP blog gets arround 150-200 hits from google. but my adsense earnings are very low :-( Thanks...
my site is just 1.5 month old but getting around 48% of traffic from google searches... which is a good thing
750 unique visitors from Google daily, which is 56% of daily visitor traffic. Just for clarification, some posters are answering with the number of "hits", some "pageviews", and some "unique visitors". These are like apples, oranges, and grapefruits. Here is the difference: • A unique visitor is the person who comes to your site and, for example, browses five pages. He/she will be counted as one "unique visitor". • But because that one unique visitor browsed five of your pages, that will count as five "pageviews" (or "pageloads"). • For the sake of example, let's say that each of those five pages has four images on it. Each of those images loading counts as a "hit", plus one "hit" for the page itself to load. So each of those pages counts as (4 images loading + 1 page loading) = five "hits". Multiply that X the five pages in our illustration, and you have twenty-five "hits". So you see in our example that one "unique visitor" has generated five "pageviews", resulting in twenty-five "hits". It's important to clarify the terms or you have no real sense of what numbers are being reported.
