how many of you have trademarked your company logo and name, being that it is an original creation of your own? Is it worth the time and effort or should one place it in the website, then go through the trademark process? I am trying to move quickly and not lose much time. Thanks for the responses
Just place a small TM beside your Company logo to ward of evil spirits . Once your Company grows larger and is establishing itself all over, get a proper TM attorney and get it done.
