    H1 tag means for Page header and in my opinion this can be used once in a single page but Use more h2 ,h3 tags

    you can use h1 tag one time and if you required to use once again for any reason then go to the h2 and h3 tag, but try to use them once on the one page.

    you can use only one H1 tag. Because Google accept only one H1 tag each page.
