    It also depends on the number of your blobs. I can currently give two points. I think the strongest repping power can give 10 rep points.

    Grey ones are when someone don't have enough 'power' to send you green or in some part of the forums (I think General Chat is one of them) where rep system is not enabled.

    Grey Rep means: A rep given in GC or Introductions / Or a person has less than 10 points.
