    I don't think so , i have worked in cyber cafe where people makes daily new gmail ids at same ip , but us if you will create 4 to 6 ids continuously you will get warning or waiting instruction .

    I'm not sure, but I wouldn't push your luck with it... once you get on Google's bad side, it's hard to get back in.

    i am sure, you can use any amount of gmail id's, as i already using for each and every websites and personal usages.
    i didn't find any problem.

    There is no limit. However, Gmail can trace these stuffs by means of cookies.

    let me tell you truth i don't know the last number.......................
    But i have almost 50+++ gmail accounts from same IP. Now you can think what is the last number....................

    Yes, i agreed ,Gmail is always the Best ,there is No issue of IP address.

    we are using more than 50 ID of Gmail and never found any Bugs.

    How can you tell if its on the same IP? How do you know what IP you are currently on? Is there a tool you can use or some way to look it up?

    They have some restriction on no of emails sent from one account! Don't know about this!
