    600+. I'd say that the number of friends on Facebook does not matter at all. I've met truly incredible people, who have just a few friends on Facebook or don't have an account at all. Also, keep in mind that Facebook is for keeping in touch with friends and it's way not like Twitter, where the whole point is about content generation for public.
