Eggs are good for you. Eggs are really high in cholesterol, so until recently the belief was that because they are high in cholesterol, they will raise a person's cholesterol. New understanding is that your body doesn't absorb most of the cholesterol in food but rather manufactures its own cholesterol. High cholesterol comes from poor regulation of PRODUCTION of cholesterol, not consumed cholesterol (for the vast majority of people). Eggs are actually quite healthy.
I can easily eat six or more, and I am talking good, big, organic farm eggs from down the road. Not the grocery Wake up, make an egg and cheese sandwich. Always. 3 eggs beaten, with a splash of milk, crushed red pepper and salt and pepper. Fry that, melt some pepperjack cheese on that. IF you want to go all out, butter the bread and fry the sandwich like a grilled cheese (but with egg). I'll make a 'poor mans' omelet from time to time, just some egg and cheese and whatever random lunch meat I might have to toss in.
