Interesting question here. I have heard that if you limit yourself to 2 eggs daily, you should be fine. If you need to eat more for protein/nutrition, then you should supplement with egg whites only (all the cholesterol is found in the egg yolks.)
Well, i use to eat 4 in morning and 4 in evening when i was non- vegetarian, as my instructor (of gym) told me but now i indulged myself to pure vegetarian so i don't eat eggs now. That time it was 8 per day
interesting question here.i eat 2-3 in breakfast,Sometimes i eat 2 eggs also in dinner it's delicious.
I used to eat 4 to 8 eggs when I was in hostel (college) but now restricted it to just one egg a day. That is the recommended limit for a healthy living, I think.
