How many DP members do not have a Payapl Account !

I think every DP members have a paypal account. but i wana know who do not have a account and Why ?

I dont have a paypal account.I do not have the necessary to have a paypal account as I do not have any transactions in DP

I have 2 send only accounts, but those cannot be used for doing business, so I basically do not have PayPal account. And that is due to PayPal stupid country restrictions

 

I don't have a PayPal account because my Country is not in their allowed list and I'm waiting for PayPal to list my country asap

Yeah, I guess Paypal is not that friendly with non US countries. I have been using Paypal for a long time now and I'm quite satisfied.
