How many domains you own?

I can imagine you cannot wait until you have to renew them all.

 

I don't renew the majority of them.

 

then what? sell em?

 

But then, you probably buy new ones at a greater rate than they expire.

I so wish I had the know how necessary to make money on 2000+ domains, or just the 6 or so I have now

 

I am holding 7 domain with 4 active sites running on them.

 

I have 3. You can see them in my signature.

 

No, I just let them expire. They have done their job for me by that time. I suppose I could at least auction them off. I may try that this year to recoup some of the initial expense.

 

i think about five or six
some domains registered in registers that are closed and i can't get my domains

 

7 Right now. Too bad I can't use one of them, as I can't code worth crap and have a great idea, but no way to implement it.

 

i have lots of .mobi domains waiting for .mobi boom (not sure when).

 

they can make 1000 type of domain types..i still think none will fly and .com will always be there

Like I said I have just under 200 and I have them all reg'd with GoDaddy. I have used a few other registrars in the past and IMO GoDaddy is the best. The names are cheap, just find a coupon code. The service is good, 24/7 telephone support (though sometimes unknowledgalbe employees answer). And the user control panel is EXCELLENT for alot of DNs.

As far as I'm concerned GoDaddy is #1.. Just thought I'd share

 

I was going to do some testing and a larger project so I purchased a package of domains and have never developed them or anything. I have some hopes for a few of them, but haven't really bothered. I've also purchased a handfull of domains for ideas that I hope to eventually develop.

 

Personally, I "own" 4, but I regularly register domains for other people/companies.

Over the last 5 years or so I guess I've let about 10 lapse as well.

 

I have about 10 domains all developed except one that is been sold.

 

about 15 domains, most of the .com.mx (mexican domains).. which cost 35 usd each..

 

Foreign domains are effen expensive. We just went to register a bunch for a new project and the prices shocked me. We decided to use sub domains instead lol.

 

I just brought another 40 domains.. it's fun but it's scary )
