    I have about 75 domain names, no exact amount because I never counted. When I find a good one I buy it and hope to someday develop it. Lots of ideas and not enough time in the day to do them all...lol

    I only have 3 domains at the time because I only buy when I know I’ll be using it. Why do so many of you buy domains that you’re not going to use?

    Will not be adding more than 20 as I develop them and try to put in enough time for each..

    I don't understand why people have over 20, what do you do with hundreds of domains? How does money flow in?

    most people will not have time to develop more than 20. they keep domains for a possible resale. Someone who has got people to work under them may have 100's.

    I have about 8 domains, none really is a moneymaker per se, but the adult one and the pharmacy one hold the record for the top sales of the year :)

    I just come up with a new idea, buy domain, build the site and wait untill its out of the sandbox. While i wait i often get another idea. So i do the above over again.

    well my count was 638 as of this morning and I sold off 80 this week. What most do is get an idea for a site , buy a domain name with the intentions of developing a site around their Ideas, then lo and behold we wake up in the morning and get a new idea and rinse wash and repeat. But sell a few off a year and pay for renewals. Well thats how it has gone for me anyways. Park them at sedo, get 100ish bucks a month and sell a few for xxx-xxxx a year and covers all new domain purchases and renewals.
