    You put the ads up, if people click on them you earn a percentage of that click.

    Make sure to read their Terms of Service first and Don't click on your own ads

    You will be paid more then 50% of what advertisers pay google.Google would never disclose what ads would pay higher or lower , however , there are some keywords which are asumed to pay more then others.You may get a list

    I concur.

    Google seems to have "fixed" that umm... "opportunity" -- probably by changing the revenue sharing on expensive keywords.
