    If you change title and description of content. It will be a duplicate content, because out of title and description content are the same right? so it will definitely hit by panda or it will a spam link to your website.

    Please replay on my suggestion...

    100 is sufficient , but more important is where you are submitting your website, whenever your submit your website remember don't use same title and description
