Like skydr said, depends on your goals, your current fitness level, how much you plan to work out when you do.
It depends on your interest buddy why u need to stick on to How many days? Instead you can ask how many hours per day. Daily practice has more effect than weekly ones.
I think Mike Menzter's training program makes sense. Basically, bodybuilders can train heavy everyday if they use steroids. But bodybuilders who do not use steroids must take longer rest periods so their body can recover.
for lifting, i lift each group 1-3 times a week. depends on your body type, your sport, what you're going for, etc. etc.
Train for what? Getting bulked up like a Monkey every day man Juice it up while your at it no you should only train 5 daysa week if your talking about lifting like a Meat head
Its depend upon the type of work of your selection. For example..... If you want link builder, its easy, just one week. If you want web designer, it little tough, just 3 months.
