    How it is illegal :confused: Xoom sends funds through check or bank transfer which will easily trace by gov. ;)

    i think Xoom is better then paypal since it send the fund directly to bank account which is not possible at paypal. so Xoom is far more better then paypal and i am thinking to say bye bye to paypal....

    a good news is that postal service is promising that after 3 or 4 months they will be able to deliver within 4 to 5 working days.... so i am hoping after few months i will get the checks within 5 days...

    I received my first within 7 days. My current check has been issued almost 15 days back and has yet not arrived!

    EDIT - I just recvd the check.. WOW!!
