I'm English. I only just heard of Wendy's, Fruit Roll Up's and Reese's peanut butter cups. I'm way behind. So sue me
20 cups!! Normal?? Omg, that's so terrible. It's so bad. I rarely even drink coffee, maybe one cup a week. I probably average 3 cups a month. I had one today and that will do me for a week or more. 20 cups? I just can't wrap my head around that, it's insane. I hope you stop, for your own good. http://www.askmen.com/sports/foodcourt/27b_eating_well.html
gatorade= overprice coolaid with more sugar and salt - not recommended if you actually do work out or ride bikes a lot, it does more harm than good.... I will probably get someone mad for say that.
It's worked for me since age six...and I can't see how it could do ANY harm, debunked. I get thirsty...I drink it...and I'm no longer thirsty. It's some kind of magical solution I think! (Doesn't taste as good as Kool-Aid though)
Proof?(?) Note that the extra question mark is because my message needs to be more than 10 characters. I hope by adding this note and the question mark that I have exceeded the reply requirements as set forth by vbulletin.
and your name is crazy rob, need I say anymore?? WHen I drink the magic solution I end up being thirsty right away. I actually use to drink it a lot when I was painting houses, but I gave it up.
That's strange. Maybe you were drinking one of their gimmick flavors. I stick to the originals: Lemon/lime | Orange | Fruit Punch Although the Frost line is pretty good too.
I saw in the shops the other day a alternative to coffee called percol rocket fuel i might try it if its better
Are you asking me for proof of my statement? It would take to long to put everything together. You will have to look up the needs of the body and the balance of what is in gatoraid. It isn't that bad, in fact it is way better than a sodas out there, but not the best balance especially if you are heavily exercising. But then again, water itself can lead to death if you don't have electrolytes that your body has depleted. a runner recently died of this at the end of a marathon. plenty of water but no electolytes.
maybe percol is out of the question just found a article about it Have you ever awoken in the morning craving for that caffeine boost to see you through the day? Well if you have, this is the instant coffee for you. The coffee contains 1.75% guarana, and 4 times the caffeine of standard coffee giving it the kick you would expect from something so aptly named. Don't get me wrong. Rocket Fuel will not make you `high` or induce hallucinations, but it will give an extremely stimulating effect, and is especially effective when mental enery is required at work or a boost when you are taking physical exercise. As in all the latest high caffeine drinks such as Red Bull, Rocket Fuel WILL keep you awake. So don't have one anywhere near bedtime or you will not sleep a wink. Try having a couple of cups before you go out at night for a drink. Your friends will be amazed where you get all your energy from, and you will dance all night. I found Rocket Fuel at Asda, at the price of £2.49 for a 100g jar. It is also avaliable in sachet form, ground coffee, tea and a soft drink. Rocket Fuel has not got the taste of Nescafe or Birds, and some of my friends say that it leaves a bit of an aftertaste, but what it lacks in flavour, it sure makes-up in energy. To sum up: Rocket Fuel definitely lives up to it's name! If you've had a bad nights sleep and need a bit of a boost first thing in the morning, a mug of this will definitely do the job! Just one mug will keep you wide-eyed and scarily energised until lunchtime. But be warned, don't drink more than 3 mugs of it a day or you're asking for trouble! I can describe Rocket Fuel as a coffee equivalent/alternative to Red Bull, or maybe even liquid Pro-Plus (those who burn the candle at both ends know the stuff!) A must for all!
Ok last night my boy friend was out at a bar til 3am and he had 6 Red Bull's, way over the limit!! Anyway he had to be up for 7:30am, so he tried to sleep and I was up way later and figured he was asleep by the time I went to bed. I am like "move over" and he's whining, like almost crying. I ask him, "what's wrong with you?" and he mumbles "I can't sleep" LMAO well he laid there silent from 3am - 7:30am but awake the whole time, and whining, haha. That's what he gets for drinking Red Bull right before bed, so stupid.
