    As the tile says, how much coffe do you drink per day? I usually drink one cup when I get up with breakfast, that's to wake up. Around one hour later I drink a second cup, to take speed :cool: Sometimes if I'm getting sleepy I take a third cup at around 10-11 am.

    I used to drink around 5 cups of stovetop espresso every day.
    I've just about given up caffeine, and now have 2 decaf "pod machine" coffees in the morning, but not every day.

    None, I am not a fan of coffee. Caffeine is also bad for you in the long run, so I try not to drink much of it. I prefer tea.
