3 working, 1 retired but capable, 2 dead and one that's so precious we'll keep it forever, even though it probably wouldn't survive a reboot and is running win3.1. We haven't used it since before 2000 but without we wouldn't have been able to start our first business and it's 12MB ram and 256MB hard drive were maxed out!
2 working, 2 not working. One of the not working ones is a Pentium 75Mhz, 16mb ram and 1GB harddrive, manufactured through Packard Bell - my first real computer I keep it for sentimental value
Because I work from home... so I have one file server, one fax/backup server, one machine I use as a clone of my real servers (test it before deploying on the real co-located machines), my main desktop machine and my laptop (those are the ones that are always on). Then just random other ones that are off (mostly machines that have been replaced).
11 working 9 in use 7 always on (development server, production server, a play server & 4 doing automated backups) Disscarded old Windows machines work well when you install Linux on them
Three iMacs. One's just about dead. And two renters each have...*gag* a glass window that should be broken!!
Our org owns: server + 2x PC, flatmate owns laptop... but cause he is a software developer and tec head we have all kinds of broken down printers, parts and cables and gadget shit from asshole to breakfast time. Suffice to say if McGuyver was ever trapped somewhere in our house it would be a 30 second job to rig something to blow his way out.
