    That is so ridicules .. if you aren't cheating with adsense then there is no need to be "prepared" .. one of my friends has been a publisher with adsense for over 2 years and his CTR never droped down from 40% in one of his sites .. of course if you were cheating then google will get you even with a much less CTR ..
