I just had someone click on my adsense 11 times on one of my sites according to Adlogger. How many clicks do you think is too many clicks on the ads?

How about if the site was aimed at teenagers or people that don't know about anything about adsense? I do get many users that click on the ads a couple of times, manybe around 2-4 times sometimes.

    maximum 4-5 on AdSense units
When it comes to the AdLink units the might even click on the whole page
when I click I hold the shift btn so it does not change the current page...

I just happen to catch an update as soon as adsense refreshed. It showed 12 impressions and 7 clicks. It pays accordingly though, you won't get banned or anything. It'll just filter the ones it determines is invalid. I think that's why my overall average is like $.05 per click. I'm just getting hundreds of good and hundreds of bad clicks. Meh.

I would pay attention to multiple clicks on the same ad from one IP.
I would also pay attention to clicks (>5) from one IP.
I will also check the time difference between each click. Clicks that happen too quick need attention.

Well, that stats may not be right I mean adLogger they considers a right click on an ad as a Click. So taht user may not have clicked taht much. And if you are getting huge impressions then I dont think that its a problem.

According to Adlogger, it seems that the user from that IP clicked those 11 ads within 30 minute period & they were all on different pages of my site.

And another thing, with the new version of adlogger, on the "Overview" page when you log in, my stats are always "Nil". Seems that Adlogger has some sort or bug there. Anyone else having the same problem?

Well 2 to 3 clicks on whole day is maximum and if someone do more than that in short time. Just send message to google Adsense with your information. They will block that IP for more clicks.

I will send another email out to Google. I also sent one to them last week for someone else clicking on the ads to much.

I also asked them how many clicks is too much & I should report it to them, but couldn't get an exact answer. They said:

"In order to protect our proprietary detection systems, we're unable to
provide our publishers with this kind of information. We appreciate your
    cooperation and understanding"

Its probably best to only allow certain users 2 clicks a week. Otherwise adsense get suspicious and will think its click fraud. Best to be safe though

The fact is you can't legislate for the naivety of your users. I've had users click 5 or 6 times on one page and have never bothered to email Google nor have I had any problems - and I did get paid for every click.

I've even had people email me saying 'Can you please put the links up you had yesterday because I want to buy/book xxxxxx'. Needless to say I didn't reply telling him/her they were ads ;)

You just have to have faith. If you're not doing anything wrong then there's nothing to worry about.

All of my members and mtself included use a system on my sites I developed called Click Shield (it's not for sale so I'm not promoting it). Once a visitor has clicked an ad, they cannot see any Adsense or YPN ads for whatever timeframe is set up. It doesn't use cookies and it tracks everything we need to know.

As a result, my impressions went down, CTR went up as did the payout per click.

It also give the option of displaying alternate ads if they come back to the site after clicking an Adsense ad unit.

I don't take the chance that a competitor is going to try to get me banned through invalid click activity.

There are some products out there similar to mine that might help others here - one I can think of is Robert Plank's ClickSensor (I think that's the name of it).
