Its depend upon your website keyword some keyword will give you low amount but some pay you very high amount.

This question cannot be answered properly, you should ideally aim to get $1 per click but some may only get 10 cents or less for instance, as stated it completely depends on the niche/ads being shown.

 

It depends on your keywords and on some Google kitchen(like how much people bid on that keyword....), some keyword worth $6/click or more. so It really depend. you can try to have an idea by checking the cost of that keyword with Google adword.
